Each session room will be outfitted with a laptop, a computer projecter (LCD) and a screen. If you require additional AV equipment, please advise the conference secretariat as soon as possible at .
Speakers may use their own laptop for presentation. Persons who will be using the computer provided by the conference host should upload their presentations at the kiosk provided, on the morning of their presentation.
Timing of Presentations
Within each technical session, each keynote paper will be allotted 50 minutes, while each regular paper will be allotted 25 minutes. This time includes the introduction and question and answer period.
Special Issue of ASME Journal of Applied Mechanics
Based on the oral presentations at the congress, best papers will be selected by the organizing committee and invited soon after the congress for submission of full-length contributions to a special issue of the ASME Journal of Applied Mechanics.
